Refund & Replacement Policy
At The Anointed Wick Candle Co, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our policy below regarding refunds, replacements, and damaged or missing merchandise.
Damaged Merchandise
We carefully package all orders; however, if your candle or merchandise arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund upon approval.

Photo proof of damage is required to initiate a claim.

Photos must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Requests submitted without photo documentation or outside this timeframe will not be approved.

Approved replacements or refunds are issued at the discretion of The Anointed Wick Candle Co.
Refunds

Refunds are processed internally and may take up to 30 business days to appear.

Refunds are not issued in cash and will be returned to the original form of payment.

If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
Used or Burned Products
For safety and hygiene reasons:

Candles or wax melts that have been ignited, burned, or used beyond 50% of the container are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Products missing more than half of the contents will not be refunded or replaced.

The Anointed Wick Candle Co. is not responsible for damage caused by use outside of the care instructions provided with your order.

Please keep lit candles and heated wax melts out of reach of children and pets at all times.
Timeframe for Returns

Broken candles or wax melts may be eligible for refund or replacement within 30 calendar days of purchase, pending approval.

No refunds or replacements will be granted for claims made after the 30-day window.
Shipping & Delivery Issues

The Anointed Wick Candle Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or carrier errors.

We are not liable for return shipping costs.

Lost shipments will not be refunded or replaced without a valid tracking number and order receipt.

Photo proof of missing items must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the reported delivery date.
In the event that a shipping issue is determined to be the fault of The Anointed Wick Candle Co, a full refund may be issued and will follow the standard 30 business day processing period.
